New method of stealing pants for money ritual; female hotels now the target:

In the last couple of months, stealing of female pants has become rampant. It was reported that on January 9, 2019, a middle aged man, named Ifeanyi, was caught stealing ladies pants at a student's hostel located at Mgbakwu in Akwa North Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Again, a man was caught stealing pants in a female hostel at Ogun State College of Health and Technology, Ilese-Ijebu on Monday. The suspect, as reported, disguised as a woman selling ice cream to gain access into the hotel.

However, when he was about to leave, some students out of curiosity, demanded to know what was in the heavy bag he was carrying only to discover that it was full of panties.
