The head of Iran's nuclear program said on Sunday that the Islamic Republic has begun to redesign a modern process for 20-percent Uranium enrichment for it's 50-year old research reactor in Tehran( the capital of Iran). Commencing Uranium enrichment at that level means Iran had withdrawn from the 2015 nuclear deal it struck with world powers.
