Space As A Colony : What The Future Entails

Since the mid-20th-century, Space is likely going to be one of the next great frontier, a world of endless possibilities.

One of the interesting projects to emerge out of the 1960's and 70's fascination with space was an idea for space colony which is called 'Langrange Point 5.' Imagine spending your holidays with your relatives at their new home in space. That actually sounds like a great idea, but in 1970's this seemed like a major possibility.

Sometimes, we feel in our life time we won't see colonies in space, but a sense of possibility exist for visionaries young and old, as scientists are trying to put in place what will make this possible.
